My wife and I are looking into buying a franchise in the Tyler area and would be relocating to this side of Texas. I have worked for the organization for over 3 years, first as a sales rep then a territory manager, and am hoping to become an owner now. The issue is that the franchise does not need real estate or equipment, just purchase price and 6 months operations costs.
We are hoping to do business with a local bank in the Tyler area, but living in San Antonio gives us little access to local banks. If anyone has any suggestions for banks that would look at a business loan of around $120,000 - 125,000, we would really appreciate it. By the way the territory we are looking at purchasing encompasses Tyler and Longview so banks in either area would be great.
