We are looking at adding a bedroom, bath, and laundry room to our home on Lake Tyler East. Any recommendation on builders?

I know a guy who was doing homebuilding but when the bubble burst he was done. He is out of Lindale I will call him and see if he is still doing any building. I am an intern at an Architecture firm here in Tyler and I want this guy to build my home if that says anything.
