I'm stuck in Orange for a couple days on business. Any restaurants I need to check out or do I play it safe and eat at Chili's for every meal?

This is the wrong forum for Orange, but I used to live in Beaumont. There is a good seafood buffet right off of interstate in Orange I can't remember the name of it, but its hard to miss. There is a lot of good food in Beaumont if you make the short drive. I recommend Carmelas for Mexican food. Try the Rockin A Cafe (Incredible Lunch Place), Star Diner, or Spindletop Cafe downtown for homecooking. Good seafood at just about every seafood restaurant and Willy Rays for Bar b Que.

Orange is not considered East TX.
