Smoaky is no longer doing "Sports Talk" in the afternoon on 92.1..... apparently there was some kind of break-up between he and KTBB. I for one will miss the heck out of him, but his website will live on.

I don't know if I'll miss his show but all you hicks out there that call in everyday to talk about the greatest running back no one ever knew from the 1960's in every-small-podunky-little 1A-town, TX can finally STFU.

I really enjoyed listening to Smoak when I lived in Tyler a few years ago. Being in sales, I was able to keep up with all the East Texas teams and knew enough to start a conversation in most of my small town accounts.

God forbid that a radio station follow the intent of its FCC license and serve its community of listeners, no matter how backwoods they sound to you, instead of putting the station on autopilot and carrying some Yankee beamed in from Connecticut. Your elitism is noted.
