I'm from Nac so I've only ever gone to the Nac downtown fireworks show for the 4th. My parents bought a house on lake Nac so this year it will be about as easy for us to go to Lufkin for fireworks if we wanted. If you've been to both, which town puts on a better show?

I would try lufkin. Last year's show in Nac sucked IMO.
Fireworks are kick ass
yeah we went to Nac's show last year and while I like the downtown atmosphere, the fireworks themselves were pretty unimpressive. From my memory it seems like other years have been much better...I wonder if last year was just an off year...?
Nac was much better this year!
