I've been here on business since last weekend and won't leave till next Friday (5/8). Please tell me if there's anything fun to do around town. Somebody here told me that all you really do is "Eat, drive around, and go to Church." Surely it's not that bad!!

Shooter’s (behind the El Chico’s) off State Line Ave. seems to be the place adults go to socialize.

I’m old and married with children, so I’m not sure if there is a new “hot spot” in town.

If you want to see a fight go to Fat Jack's.

If you want to see a gun fight, check out Mr. D's.

If you want to hang at a place with decent chicks, go to Shooters or Hooters.

Back in my day (8-10 years ago), the loop went like this:

7:00-9:00 - Applebee's bar
9:00-12:00 - Fat Jack's
12:00-2:00 - Electric Cowboy
2:00-3:00 - Waffle House

Repeat.

12th Zone, came with Wells Fargo to help with the Century Bank Conversion.

Thanks guys, so far I've been to Shooters which was all right, and Fat Jacks for the crawfish. Not too bad but I am definitely missing College Station.
