Welcome to East Texas. What brings you here? Its a good conservative place to raise a family. Close enough yet far enough to the big city. Beautiful countryside around here. Numerous lakes and outdoor activities. There is serious shopping, gambling and concerts/activities an hour away.

To be quite honest, I would stay away from the other weirdos that post on this board. Not your normal run of the mill successful Aggies.

I moved here from Dallas to coach. It's probably not a permanent move. I'm only 25 and young in my coaching career so I'll probably move around here in the next few years.

I'm loving Jacksonville and East Texas though. It's very pretty and quiet which I love.

Rock, what are you coaching? You married?

I agree, stay away from ultra. My wife and I would be willing to meet up sometime if you have a SO and are looking for people around your age to get to know (we're both 25 too)

I have met both Comeby and P.G. and if you are looking for a boring ass time with a couple dork ass mofos then hang out with them. If you want to grab a beer and watch some football, I'm in.

I stay in Tyler right next to a few bars, so holla when you need a brew.
