i second that. i am loving tyler. the weather other that the little amount of rain lately has been incredible. i've been out every night this week with co-workers.

That's funny, my buddy lived there for 2 years right after college and hated it. Don't the bars shut down at like 12? to each his own I guess.

Yeah, Tyler isn't a place you are going to appreciate much if you are a young graduate, especially if you are not from there. I think you really need to live in a large city for a few years so you can develop an appreciation for it. I spent the first 18 years of my life there and couldn't wait to leave. After 5 in CS and now 4 in DFW its starting to become more appealing. I know once family time comes it will be a strong consideration.

Keep it to yourself, we want the rest of the state to keep thinking East Texas is a swamp that is a terrible place to live in. Otherwise, we will end up like the Metroplex in 5 years.

Be sure to hit the Rose Garden in few weeks and just wait until the Azalaeas and Dogwoods start blooming next Spring.

my daughter moved their after graduating from aggieland....has been there for almost 2 years working on her advanced degree.....finishes in december. Said she is moving back to CS as soon as possible. Tyler suxs.

Tyler's a great place.... i've lived there for 18 years until my new residence her in Aggieland class of 2012!! AAAAAA haha i can't wait to go back....it is true though....high school kids are def. ready to leave... lol been there... but now i understand why my parents raised me in the "small" town..

roveram please ease up... stay out of tyler we don't want you there it's cool....

Both of my kid's teachers are Ags. NICE change from when we lived in Austin or Los Angeles!

Also helps to show up a few minutes late if you pick up at the lower school. you can drive right through.

Not crazy about picking up at the gym, but I have to.
