Getting tickets isn't a problem. The Orange Bowl never sells out. The deal is getting decent hotel rooms and flights.

I bet you could fly in Thursday and fly out Sunday and do it all for $800-$1000 with tickets, hotel, coke, and hookers.

I have read on these boards that people are paying $200-$300 for flights from Houston/Dallas to Miami. You could probably tack on another $100 from McAllen/Harligen for a round trip ticket.

Well after driving to San Diego for the Holiday Bowl we might decide to drive to Florida! The rental to Cali was 500 plus gas, we each paid about 200 for the travel. It was an extra day of travel but we had a lot of fun.
