Driving around Edinburg and McAllen it seems like a lot of them are coming back but it makes a difference where they are.
My citrus trees are all coming back (Rio Red Grapefruit, Navel, Mars) and are blooming and setting fruit. Some dead branches but we have cut out most of the low ones and I know a guy that will cut out the top ones as well. Poinsettias on the north side of the house that were 8 feet tall were frozen to the found but it appears that they are coming back from the ground...I think about ten( I was worried about these). Plumbago frozen to the ground but is roaring back after watering. Irrigated the yard (St Augustine) and it is growing really well and nice and green. Lost no mesquites, Live Oaks, Pecan or Ash.
I feel really lucky. As I said driving around town I seem lots of DEAD Oleanders. Some types of palm trees are DEAD but my Washingtonians are just fine. Given the temperature, I think we came out of this pretty well.

All organizations are perfectly aligned for the results they get.
