The Wife and I are thinking about going down to Corpus for a long weekend and wanted to know if anyone might have any suggestions for food and fun.

Things to do, what do you like to do? In Corpus, the only thing I like to do is go to the Island. You can fish, swim, dive, sail, kayak, explore, or just lay out.
