I travel to Permian Basin a lot and occasionally in west Texas on weekend. For those interested, I created a bourbon group, hoping to learn from others and expand my Aggie network. Open to non-Aggies also

Picked up a bottle from big Johnson liquor a couple of weeks ago on my way from Fort Worth to Midland. Not bad for $30 I got barrel #2. Could you hook me up with a tour of their place ?

officially not open for public tours and no ability to sell direct, but plans underway for a few months from now, but a friendly note on Facebook from them said "If y'all want to stop by and poke around"

Bourbon enthusiast here. Just now seeing this thread. I tried that 13 Arrows recently and was pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to trying it again.

posting a recent article about 13 Arrows

13 Arrrows from Authentic Texas Magazine

I thought the 13 Arrows referenced the Arrows from the clutches of the Eagle on the US Shield - but it actually reference a cool old story from Fort Chadbourne on the Forts Trail between Abilene and San Angelo
