Howdy,

I was fortunate enough to land an internship in Midland this summer and am looking for a place to stay in the area.
I was wondering if anybody has a room they would be willing to rent to me, or knows of anybody looking to sublease. Doesn't need to be fancy by any means, just looking for a roof for a few months (mid-May to mid-August)
I will be working South of Midland, but anything in the city-ish would be perfect (though Odessa would probably be too far).

Look at renting a travel trailer for the summer and then you can choose a location near your work location or near any area you like.

Probably too late in responding, but you could try Craigslist (with proper caveats). We had a summer intern last year that had success with that. He rented a room from a single lady for a very reasonable price.
