Unemployment is up a little bit, but still much lower than national levels. Sales tax receipts are waaaaay down compared to last year in some places. Homes are still on the market for an incredibly short time compared to national averages. People are moving away, but not nearly at the rate of people moving in a couple years ago. Infrastructure is sill stressed from too many people.
Overall, I'd say the future outlooks is negative, but still pretty good compared to most places. Also, about this time last year, I'm not sure the economy could actually rise any more than it was. We had something stupid like 1.9% unemployment.
