My elderly parents will be flying from to Houston on Friday and I'm trying to get info on parking options for them - specifically covered parking. They're used to coming to the airport to pick me up - not fly out - so they're not familiar with the parking options. I know from my visits home that there is covered parking across the street from the terminal. However, I'm concerned that they might not be able to find a covered space and not "savy" enough to find/use the remote covered lot. Some one has told my mother that there is a covered parking lot available for $20/day that accepts reservations. Does anyone know what/where this is - perhaps a third-party or rental car lot??

Premier Parking.

You show up to their lot. An attendant gets in your car and rides with you to the terminal.

Attendant will get pertinent information (Name, phone number, date/time of return)

Once at the terminal attendant will help unload bags. Parents can go into the airport.

Attendant will take vehicle and store it at Premier's lot (both covered/uncovered options)

When your parents return, there is a shuttle on the north side of the Terminal that will take them back to Premier's lot. Shuttle driver will usually help with bags as well. Once at Premiers lot, they pay for the rental and they will bring the car around front of premiers lots and load bags for them.
