I know the wind can blow, the dirt is everywhere, and it gets hot and cold on the drop of a dime...but for the most part Midland has good weather. So why do we not have restaurants that have patios to enjoy the outdoors?

Help me add to the patio list so we can all enjoy (add Odessa ones too...I will drive for a good outside seated meal or drink)

BTW, glad I wasn't eating on the patio on Sunday 4/27/14.

Most Rosa's in Midland/Odessa area have patio seating.

Short patio season. Already 101 today!

saltgrass has one. eating outside adds "natural seasoning" to one's food here.

It is so hard to wash the taste of lubbock out of your mouth thoug.

Chick-fil-a in Midland has picnic tables under umbrellas.

Is the new Abuelo's open now? I noticed a lot of cars there yesterday. They have what looks to be a decent patio.

My favorite in town is still the Hemingway/Garlic Press patio. They have heaters for winter too.

Abuelos is now open in the new building.

Patio at Abuelos wasn't open when then lady and I visited Sunday. Sadly, the patio doesn't seem too appealing. They could've just installed large sliding windows which would at least let some light in. IMO anyhow.
