Hey guys, I was wandering if any of you know of a good apartment complex to live that has good service? I need to find an apartment soon.

Not sure, but I think if you stay north of the loop, you should be ok. Apartments are expensive and hard to find in Midland right now. Blue Ridge is new, Polo Park has been around a long time, but they seem to be well kept. Apartments on Garfield close to the college, seem to be pretty rough.
Not an expert on this, but I would look at all the apartments north of the loop. Expect to pay upwards of a $1000/month for a nice one.

NicAg i was in the same situation a month ago. i signed with Avalon Springs in Midland. though they are a bit ghetto, the apartment is pretty spacious. the manager is fairly nice too. rent is $990 for the larger 1 bedroom (smaller is $919 i think).
