Don't get me wrong...I love watching Aggie football...good or bad. I was a college athlete and had many experiences with NCAA compliance at UNT. So I am wondering since "the NCAA hasn't started investigating Manziel" if the investigation will be held off throughout the season for whatever reason. You see, I find it hard to believe all of this story is a coincidence and made up. All of the football fans around me say he will go pro after this year. So...perhaps the NCAA will avoid a ton of criticism because football fans in general (not just us Ags) want to see him play & many of us think the NCAA needs to have its own changes. I still contend that most of the drama was a bunch of bull from ESPN in an effort to try and build him up, knock him down, all for ratings. They've done it already with several college athletes already.

Oh god, can it be football season yet? Aaaarrrrrg.

I am going into this season like the last.
I will watch the games.
I will support who ever is on the field wearing maroon and white.
I will want to see progress.
I will be very loud.
I will want us to win.
I will expect A&M to lose a game or more.
I will do my best to enjoy the games.
I will not let it ruin my weekend.
But, if we happen to win the National Championship I will be totally cool with it.

Anyone know of a park or like such as with power so we could set up a remote aggie tailgate in Midland?

I live by a park that has walking lights. I will look when I take the pup walking tonight. Good Idea.

Also anywhere with rV hookups would work- Grande maybe?

I just had this vision of instead of the A&M club gathering at a house for a game watching party, we set up a tailgate party outside.


I have uverse now, so I can't provide the satellite hookup.

What would be awesome would be for the drive in to show a game or series of games.

Drive-in Football would be COOL!
