Are there any bars that have guiness on tap?

I'm trying to figure out where I can get a nitrogen bottle filled in Midland. All the welding supply stores say no one does that in Midland. If there are bars that serve nitro beers then there has to be some way to get it. I am building a mobile keg system for tailgating and want the option of non carbonated drinks but sourcing nitrogen is turning out to be difficult.

I can not think of seeing Guiness at any of the bars. Maybe try Cigar Frogs or Hemingway? Even call Garlic Press? I just wish we had a place with many beers on tap so I could fill a growler from time to time.

When I did work in New Mexico, they sold Nitrogen. I imagine the Odessa location will too.
