I'm re-reading Friday Night Lights (originally read it back when it was first published)and they talk about Brian Chavez going to Harvard and becoming a lawyer. Then, I run across an old headline from around 2010 that he was busted with his brother, some trashy woman and a Jr High football coach for home invasion/burglary!

Can somebody fill in the story? How do an ivy league lawyer and a Jr High football coach end up doing something surreal like a home invasion robbery?

I can't remember the details but the episode reminds me of OJ going into the hotel room to get his memorabilia type of stupid.
