Yeah, I just find it funny when Claytie gets promoted as a self-made man. I'm sure he has done a lot with what he got, but my grandparents were friends and neighbors of Tom Goode, so I'm familiar with the back story.

Yes because oil and gas gets no help from the government, federal or otherwise.

Oil subsidies = the government didn't tax them as much, not government giving money to companies.

I like the governments wording on things like this.

Just like the government trying to increase "revenue",(taxes).
