Growing up out here, I'm not a fan of goat cheese. I don't think I could ever try it again.

Ya.... That is more Austin or Marfa stuff.

We kinda make fun of people out here who name their goats and do not take advantage of $2/lb record commercial markets and would rather make cheese....Bet she moved in from "somewhere else".

Her cherve is out of this world. Very mild(no barnyard at all) and wonderfully creamy. If you ever see it, try it. It really is something special.
