The wife and I are relocating back to the Hill Country. We have a lease on a nice 3/2 located next to Midland Lee if anyone is looking for housing please let me know. Rent is $1600 per month. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

Its too bad you didn't know/post this before December, when many of the December grads were having a hard time finding housing in Midland.

Seems to be working out ok... with everyone hiring so many people right now there isnt many 3 bedrooms on the market. Currently there is a 3/1 for $1000 that is in a bad part of town and a 3/2 that is $1900. We dont even have a final move out date established yet and they are already showing it today.

Yeah our landlord owns like 8 or 9 houses in Midland. Has to be a great market when you can get $1600 in rent for a $140k house. After taxes he is bringing in about a 11-12% ROI per year.

Got a call yesterday, how has already been leased. Turned out to be a lot easier than I thought.
