Back at ya. But we did get to have a white Christmas this year.

My sister went to school at MTSU in Murphreesboro. My mom put the idea in her head that she needed to be an air traffic controller. She ended up graduating with some other degree and got married to some knuckle dragger from up there and never comes home anymore.

I take it that your sister did little research behind becoming an ATC?

My dad was a controller for 18 years. Stressful job. It was fun as a kid getting to go to work with him, but that is all different now.

This was back in the old days when they still wrote strips in the tower.

Wouldn't do it now.

Also, I love Ronald Reagan, but if he had been alive in '81 he would have been fired. Working conditions were really bad. But he died in '78 from COPD from smoking 2 packs or more a day.
