Its in decent shape. They are the only ones that have a true winter grass so it actually holds up pretty good in the the winter for play.

They have made it semi-private so it gets a little less play so I think it has helped the grass. Greens looked decent when I was out there a couple of weeks ago.

I played it 4 times over the past week and it was in good to excellent condition. The back 9 was in better condition but the front 9 looked better on the scorecard.
