I talked to two orthopedic surgeons here in Amarillo, one who previously worked in Lubbock. The names they said are Ramsey and Crawford

Kevin Crawford at Lubbock Sports Medicine.

I think he is the main guy who works on shoulders.

I haven't had anything done, but that is the premiere group in Lubbock.
