Childress is booming more now than when I left seven years ago.

Memphis is really going down, and it is sad to see. It is a great community with great people.

Clarendon is still basically the same. Head in the sand and never moving forward.

That is about as far as I got.

You might have passed me on the road. I went up 287 this weekend also.

Childress does seem to be doing much better than most of the small towns in that part of the world.

I'm headed to Clarendon this weekend. Spending a day at Greenbelt and the weekend with the inlaws. It even looks like the wind will cooperate.

Clarendon is a great town.

You should have called. I worked calves on Sunday but would have been up for skiing/fishing/telling lies the rest of the weekend.

I was in Clarendon for about 1 hour. Just long enough to load the old Camaro up and head back to Austin.

I got to be in some pretty wild storms between Quanah and Wichita. It brought back old memories.

We may come back in July. I would love to get on the lake. I will let you know.
