the new house on Carnarvon (left side) is ginormous.

A girl in my class lived on that street. Three floors, an elevator and an Olympic sized swimming pool. That was a party nobody ever missed. That is the creepiest country club I've ever been to. 250 year old half naked geezers have an all day, every day poker game going in the middle of the locker room. I did enjoy fried shrimp and beer on the green there every day for lunch the first half of my senior year of high school. I even got to see Bob Hope tee off once. It was great until my friends dad got the bill. Odly enough, I haven't been back since.

according to hcad figures, the avg market value on carnavron is $4,882,758 & the avg market price on lazy lane is $7,133,515.

the houses may be bigger out in piney point, but lazy lane has arguably the most valuable land in houston.

Willowick is pretty sick. We've spent a lot of time just driving up and down it.

And yes, Fetitta does live there. Usually has a couple or 3 bentley's out front.

I lived in the other big house at the end of River Oaks for 4 years. Definitely the most "thoed" place in River Oaks.
