Anyone have any experience with any companies (either recommend or stay away from)? My dishwasher has apparently been leaking for some time now and water has collected collected under the lower cabinets on an exterior wall and the perpendicular interior wall. Didn't even know anything was going on until baseboard in the adjacent laundry room began to peel paint. Cross posted to Home Improvement board. Thanks.

We used Blackhill Restoration. Graydon Murphy 737-314-0781. Family run business out of Tomball, but I'm pretty sure they go anywhere in the Houston area.

A friend of mine owns this company. They are in SW Houston but work everywhere.

Platinum is more of a consulting/inspection company. Restoration ResQ does remediation and repairs. Same owner.

Fortunately, I've never had to use them (knocking on wood), but everyone I know that has used them had nothing but good things to say.

Don't know about anything else, but if you need to replace the segment of baseboard and match it with the existing, Houston Hardwoods may have the profile in their collection, or they can custom match it.
