Anyone have a kid/friend/themselves interested in a quick job helping clean up a house in Clear Lake area. Old tenant moved out, left a bunch of old clothes, kids toys, etc. My mom is looking for someone to help box it and either take it to Goodwill/similar, or trash it. Suspect it'll take one person 2 hours, maybe 3 max. I think she's got boxes already.

She's giving the tenant another opportunity to come get it all, so we'll see. But if you of anyone with a pickup/SUV, a couple hours of freetime, looking to make a little extra spending money, let me know. And if it's not cleared out by next weekend, then will probably be looking have someone pack/move it all by the end of the month.

She may also need help in the future mowing the lawn, or fixing little things here and there. But main thing right now is the stuff left in the house.

Middlebrook? It's like down the street from the Middlebrook park/pool.

I live about 10/15 minutes from there. My Aunt lived in that neighborhood off Parksley for a little bit.

My kids bestie is right there. It's a fascinating mix there these days.
