Im trying to help find a Dr for the All on 4 type procedure that is great. The costs I am hearing seem wildly expensive but in terms of the rec it doesn't completely matter.


We have heard prices from $35,000-80,000 FYI.

But we also have no idea who has a great reputation apart from google star ratings.

Go to Costa Rica, and I am not joking. There are organizations there that do everything while you're there over the course of a week or two rolled into a vacation package. 1/4 of the cost you're hearing.

Costa Rica, Turkey etc would be something I would do, but not for this female relative. Too scared about the small chance of a problem.

What do people in the US do when they are the 1 in 1000 that has a problem?

I second that. Did mine there in 2019/2020.

Our close friend is a dentist in Katy, Boardwalk Dental near Katy Mills. I reached out, out of curiosity. She recommended Dr. Holland on Kingsland, but she said expect to pay $50-$60k. She'd be skeptical of anyone offering in the 30's.

She said be wary of immediate dentures. implants need time to heal before you put biting pressure on them. she said success rate is lower with immediate.

Retired dentist here, I don't have a name in the Katy area but agree 100% with concerns you stated.

Current dentist here. Agree with everything you say as well. Also, what happens when you have a problem with the procedure down the road? Back to Costa Rica I suppose?
