Looking at getting this done for a 3 car garage in memorial area.

Recommendations on who to use?

Also what should I be looking for? Someone who uses polyurea?

Had it done at 2 houses, and after research + personal experience I'm of the opinion they are commoditized.

What I mean:

It comes down to installer, which with most companies will be young guys rotating into/out of the job, so hit or miss. First was good, second was less good (in terms of attention to detail, perceived quality of work, persistence of epoxy over time, etc.).

Level/style of application you opt for, I went for the best epoxy and layer count I could get.

Really watch the prep process, I wouldn't leave them alone to assume prep coverage and depth is done 100% correctly.

Just go with best price/special and be there when they're doing it.

Depends on what you're trying to accomplish with the epoxy and the condition of your concrete, but I did a concrete hardening with a grinding and polish on my floor and I think it looks awesome. It's basically the same finish you'd see on the floors of a Costco or something.

It's not good if you expect to be spilling a lot of chemicals on it or letting an old car sweat a bunch of oil, but it doesnt shed dust and it looks great.
