Background: I'm in College Station. My 26-yr-old son recently moved to Houston and drives a vehicle (2015 Ford Edge) that is in my husband's name (but everyone in the family is on the car's USAA insurance, fully insured).

Accident: He had a fender bender on his way home from work today. In the rain, the car in front of him hit the brakes, and he didn't react in time. From what was told, the car that he hit, driven by an elderly gentleman, had minimal damage (but he neglected to take a photo; no dashcam). They exchanged information, the other driver left, and my son then called me. He was able to drive it to his apartment, but it now needs to be towed to a body shop (we have AAA Plus for towing) for repair.

Question: He lives on San Felipe near S Voss. Any recommendations for a trustworthy body shop that works well with USAA insurance?

There is a Caliber Collision located not far from where he lives at Hillcroft (S. Voss) & Richmond with 4.6/5 stars on google. No personal experience with this location so I'll defer to others.

I recommend posting on the automotive board - you'll get good responses there. The back story doesn't matter, you just need a good body shop, close to his part of town is preferable.
