Nobody pays attention, and nothing will come of it. I know multiple small/medium size business owners in this city (that are involved w/ the local government) and it's not at all surprising to hear their stories. Absurdly corrupt, with a few good people holding out.

Teare moved to recuse his office after taking office, citing "intense political and media scrutiny" over the contract investigation and ensuing indictments against the three staffers.
