Yikes what a mess. Around 11 this morning we passed by. 100+ cars south bound and 40 or 50 north bound. numerous collisions. Lots of police. Didn't see any ambulances. this was south of the north loop and before the I 45 I 10 interchange.

Wasn't just one. There are dozens and dozens of cars going the wrong way. So many I couldn't tell which way was the right.
I've seen lots of stuff on Houston roads but...how is this even possible? Did they open the entrance to go northbound?Quote:

Yeah. It's pretty well known that it's inbound in the morning and outbound in the afternoon.

I think the problem is the big assumption that the drivers were "thinking"
