Walking Stick, some of the dumbest owners. They bought a celler that had 1 brite for each fermenter. No one does that. And the distance was really far to run beerline to serve off the brites.
Last night they had live security with flashing lights on their cars sitting in the parking lot for a while.jamesf said:
I drove by the Restaurant Depot parking lot this afternoon, and they are installing concrete parking stops all over the parking lot. I guess that will discourage drag racing and donuts late at night.

The Barking Pig here…. you want the honest answer.
My grandmother is dying of cancer and the chemo isn't working. We have decided to be positive and take this as a good move. We closed doors to focus on the family but I didn't want it to be a huge story line as it is a positive move.
El Gran Malo. Funny enough their other location, El Big Bad closed 2 weeks ago.Flaith said:
I only went there a few times. It never made its way to my rotation of spots, but it was a solid place, good food, good vibe.
It was WAY better than a previous iteration of that space with all the infused tequilas that were gross.

Nah, if I have to stand to order I'm not tipping anywhere close to 20%, especially if I have to get my drinks. That's Whataburger service.AgLA06 said:
I hate that concept too. Not as bad as my dad does, but I just don't get it. In their mind I'm sure it means quicker food service and less servers.
They aren't taking your order, but they still want a full service tip.

Never underestimate the populace's stupidity when it comes to understanding the value of time.
$1 and a few minutes at a gas station or 20mins in line.
This is the answer. I usually run through after 1030 and there isn't a line.Chewy said:
I think there's also an element of people not knowing how to properly air up a tire.
Even if they went to a gas station with an air pump that actually worked, they would be clueless on what to do.
They're only at Discount because a light on their dash told them their tire pressure is low. Without that, they wouldn't even be there. It's not like they checked it themselves.
They're almost as dumb as the morons who get "Nitrogen" air Costco without realizing that the ambient atmosphere is already 78% nitrogen.Chewy said:
