Does anyone have a contact at the FedEx facility at Bush? We've had shipment from the UK lost there for a week now. I have a case open and have called multiple each day and cannot get an update. It has $100K worth of parts we need for a job starting next week. Frustrating that nobody on the 800 number will get on the phone with someone at the facility to get us an update. I'm willing to go myself and search for the package if they'll allow me.

I feel for you. It makes my blood boil thinking about the level of incompetence among the wage workers at that carrier facility.
