Can anyone tell me if MD Anderson and area down in the Medical District is still flooded? My in-laws have an appointment down there tomorrow and she is unable to reach anyone by phone. I told her I'm pretty sure that whole area is still flooded. Thanks!

My wife works next door..not flooded. Shes been going to work and is there now. Hopefully you dont need a hotel.
Altho there may be a bunch of cancellations happening. Power coming on everywhere finally.
