Looking into getting the floors done in my garage. Any recommendations in The Woodlands?

They did a great job at a great price a couple years ago.

What do you consider a great price? I got a friend considering getting this done in his standard size 2 car garage. Curious how much that might cost.

Sunflower Coatings did an outstanding job on my barn/shop, highly recommend them. Veteran owned if that matters at all to you.

2 years ago I paid $4.50/sf* for my barn/shop.

Included grinding, leveling, polyurea coating, chips, polyaspartic clear coat, 10 year warranty. They also put a moisture stabilizer that they didn't charge me for to keep up on schedule.

*Included a 10% discount for using them because I heard of them on Michael Berry's show.

Swift Coatings is Aggie owned and located in Spring.

I'm being quoted at ~$5/sq ft. I'm going to keep shopping around. But if that's about what it costs, I might have to wait to get it done

That's pretty much the going rate

We close on a home in a few weeks and I have been looking to have my two car garage epoxied before we move in and rates range from $1700-1900 is what I am seeing with a variety of reviews for companies.
