How much gun safety training do you think that person has? Couple that with a complete lack of impulse control and this is what you get.

Right outside a daycare. Apparently after an accident, on the beltway feeder, where they should be expecting cops to show up soon. Amazing.

I used to live near there. Kid went to a daycare on the other side of the street, not the one in the video.

I used to live in that area. Was really nice for a while then a bunch of apartments started going up and the quality of life started going down. Glad I got out when I did.

We've all been lectured on here before that ghetto apartments/neighborhoods don't bring an area down (1960). That the ghetto is created from short driveways and parkways.

In this case the apartments and low-rent neighborhood (Audubon Park) were there before the nicer neighborhoods.
