Anyone have a recommendation on a place to board my dogs? They are big dogs that like to play some but don't need all day activity. They also prefer humans to other dogs.

We have done Pet Paradise in the past and it was ok but wondered if there are better places.

I've used Polar Pet Lodge (formerly Leash & Bridle) near Porter for almost ten years and highly recommend.

We've used Rosehill Pet Resort for our two labs for years and highly recommend them.

Wet Nose in Humble if you're not too far or going thru nearby Bush airport. We've used them for years and always great service. Individual play time and a choice of kennel space are options. Our big Lab is always happy to be left there.

Rover and have them stay at your house. It'll cost the same, but your dogs will be in their element.

We use Camp Bow Wow and are always pleased.

There are six in the Houston area.

We use Blessed Paws on Kuykendahl and put them together in a Saint room. It has a little door where they can access a private outdoor patio area. Segregated from any other dogs.

They do also have doggy daycare while they're boarded, but of course that's an extra charge. I'm comfortable with them because it's owned by the vet we take ours too. So they know our dogs and can easily take them to the vet office for any treatment if needed.
