Looking at purchasing my first investment property in Freeport. The property is a fourplex with 4 boat lifts. Before I purchase I wanted to see if there would be any interest for something like this? Boat slips alone have gone up tremendously and figured that someone keeping a boat down there already but lives an hour or more away would pay the extra money to have a place to stay as well. Each unit is 2 bed 1 1/2 bath with a boat lift.
