Wife sent me an update on a package that was supposed to be delivered on or by the 12th of January. Guess little buddy wanted to see Chicago first.

I bet the Houston facility is so backed up that they sent truck loads of undelivered mail to Chicago to buy them time while they figured out the sorting problems.Quote:

Whats annoying is the inconsistency with USPS. I use USPS a lot to ship packages every month. I shipped something out in December with 3 day delivery guarantee, and it arrived 3 weeks later. I shipped another package the week after and it arrived in 3 days, way before the other package got there.
Same thing happened this week. The package I delivered this week will arrive in 3 days, meanwhile the package I shipped two weeks ago is still in USPS transit limbo.
I just want some damn consistency lol. They should give us a refund if we pay for 3 day delivery and it arrives 3 weeks later.

Saw USPS out delivering packages in this Saturday evening. They are getting it done today.
