Excellent choice. I will likely be swinging by there in a bit. The blancas are top notch and noticeably better than michoacana imo. I always get a smaller portion of the Rojas as well, but the blancas are excellent.

Flavor is great, but it always makes me ***** Like explosive. None of the other mexican meat markets do, just them.
