Do you think there will ever be a bridge connecting Walden Road to League Line Road?

I don't know, but I wish they'd build a bridge from Walden Road directly to 105. It would take me 2 minutes to get to 105 instead of 15.

Roads are expensive
Roads over lakes are prohibitively expensive.
Roads over lakes and across developed residential lake-front properties are political suicide.
Chances are about as close to zero as you can get.

This. And with all of the construction going up on Walden Road they've added three stoplights in the last couple of years - one in front of Margaritaville, one at the entrance to Grand Habor and another at the Shell station.

Looks like a giant RV park is going up to the west of Margaritaville.

There's also a new one in the middle of Walden at Lake Island Dr and Walden Rd. So that's four new ones in the past couple of years I have to deal with.

And yeah, the new RV park. I also heard there's a new housing development going in at the corner of Walden Rd. and Bois D'Arc across from that Shell station. I'm glad I work from home.

We've had a weekend place in Harbour Village since 2012. The amount of construction in Walden alone (never mind Montgomery and along 105) has been absolutely insane.
