Anyone taken a good one in town?
I hired Carl for a class this summer for my wifes Bday. Had about 10 people which is probably around his minimum classes, he normally does corporate gigs and larger parties. Cost was not nearly as high as we thought it was going to be. He brings everything you need for his class and is very entertaining. We are also thining of taking one of his Japan trips next year.digging tunnels said:
Many years ago I did a private one. Lookup Carl Rosa. He's very good. His full time job is teaching these classes and he flies to Japan regularly

That must make him extra super qualified.

You were supposed to say that he was the one that taught the Japanese.digging tunnels said:Funky Winkerbean said:Quote:

Sorry. Should have elaborated. He meets with Japanese sushi chefs and is well knowledgeable about sushi and how to properly make it. His class is very educational
