ezee Fiber - Anyone familiar with this Fiber Internet company? We live in Katy and my neighborhood just had fiber installed terminating in a box in the front yard (just like water meter/cutoff box) and this company immediately started soliciting.

Wondering if they are going to be our only Fiber option and if they are reputable? Offering options from 1 Gig ($69) to 8 Gig ($119) - That price is great compared to crap we are getting from AT&T. Guess it depends on the quality of the Router they provide and if it gets throttled based on everyone's usage?

Any info appreciated.

LOL...man they have been installing fiber in our area for the past month or so and the Nextdoor posts about people complaining have been a riot!

Sorry, I don't have much details as I am good with our current provider.

I'm in Katy and have Fidium Fiber. I think my bill is like $70/month for 2 Gig (negotiated up front) and the quality is better than when I had Xifinity (zero dropped teams video calls and no issues with peak 3pm+ use).

Not sure if that helps or not just someone else to look at.

I have Tachus fiber in kingwood and that's the greatest thing. No drops except for one time when Comcast cut the line installing their fiber.

1000 up/ 1000 down, full duplex. Can run teams, Netflix and other things with no issues with 2 people WFH and kids home from school.

Thanks for the info. Anyone have a recommendation for a good wireless router to use with it?
