I was too young to enjoy Chelsea at Sharpstown, but got great use out of a fake ID at the Chelsea in the Mall of Abilene throughout high school. By those days, $1 would get you a regular draft beer. But during happy hour, that $1 draft became a large -- probably a 22 ouncer. And the Mountain of Nachos was also a buck during HH.
