We used Artificial Grass Direct TX, ask for Hugo. They are a wholesale supplier to many of the turf install companies throughout Houston and also provide turnkey services. Did 2000 sq feet at my house at less than $10 sq ft. this past April. Came back a month later and installed a putting green on the house/FREE! Best landscape decision I have made, especially with all this watering/dead grass/water restrictions.

If in Oak Forest area talk to Hogue Landscaping. After talking to 4 companies we decided to go with Hogue.

We used Texans Turf. Very happy with it.

$12.50 per sqft. They rerouted all the downspouts under the turf to outside the fence line and replaced the turf between the concrete on the back patio.

Do any of you have a power sweeper. Getting tired of raking my neighbors leaves that fall into my yard.

Do you have large dogs? If so, you will need to maintain the turf to deodorize the pee so it doesn't smell. Just fyi.

We have about 1300 square ft of turf. Looks great. We also have two Great Danes so we have to spray often.

We used Helms Landscape and design. It was a toss up between him and Hogues.

This will be the best decision you ever made. Turf is so awesome and legit hassle free. Plus nowadays it looks fantastic.

I had them keep a couple sprinkler heads in place so just have it water with rest of my landscaping. So far been about a year and no smell

We have irrigation under ours too. Felt like I was spending more on water for the turf than real grass but it wasn't helping much. I got it figured out now without having to use the irrigation and don't have the pee smell much anymore.
