During Stage Two, outdoor water use will be restricted except for the following time periods:
  • Between the hours of 7PM and 5AM with the following schedule:
    • Sundays and Thursdays for single-family residential customers with even-numbered street addresses
    • Saturdays and Wednesdays for single-family residential customers with odd-numbered street addresses
    • Tuesdays and Fridays for all other customers
Any water customer who violates these watering times will be issued a written warning for a first-time violation. Any subsequent violations are subject to a fine up to $2,000 for each occurrence of the offense (Section 54.001 of the Texas Local Government Code).

I'm glad they are taking over 3 weeks to get around to responding to the water leak at Westcenter Drive and Westpark Drive. It's probably poured over a million gallons down the storm drain at this point. It's been reported to 311 multiple times.

Yeah, I mean I get the need for water restrictions but makes it hard to take them seriously.

I believe it was the freeze last year? but I remember them making a big deal about people dripping faucets and it killing water pressure. On my normal 3 mile run I saw 4 water main/pipe leaks. But yeah, keep blaming people for dripping their faucets.

Every year our taxes go up and the services we are provided are less.

I mean, they can't even put out a competent announcement.

If you're only allowed to water on Tuesdays and Saturdays it should say between 12:01am and 5:00am and 7:00pm and Midnight. You know, so it actually makes sense per the day you get to water.

Depends. Is their fine more or less than the $2k fine the COH just threatened.

Hell, better yet. Manipulate the Karen of the board to sue the COH for destruction of our property and inability to provide service.

Use green spray paint to make the grass look green. Brother in law did that few years back, it seem to work and his HOA left him alone.

Plus the added bonus of getting high.
